If Congress & the President are serious about comprehensive "immigration" reform, they have had ample time to fully secure our border with the "approved" 2-layer fence & have mandatory E-verify well in place FIRST>
Without these measures what do they intend to do with those people that sneak in Illegally, or overstay their visas "after" another Amnesty bill? Within 5 years there will be Millions more Illegals here and again we will hear, "They are living in the shadows."
We also need unalterable language in any "immigration" bill that states: "Anyone, & any children they may have, that enter the U.S. Illegally, or overstay their visas, will NEVER be allowed to remain in the U.S. but will be deported immediately."
