Answer for its crimes perpetuated against American citizens.

Created by A.W. on February 06, 2013

We the people do not accept your response "While the Fifth Amendment's guarantee of due process applied, it could be satisfied by internal deliberations in the executive branch." We the people believe in only fair trials. You did not give Anwar Awlaki, Samir Khan or Abdulrahman Awlaki a fair, or even an unfair trial. You did not give them a trial at all. You have gone against the Constitution set before you by the founders of our country. You did this knowingly, for we can not imagine you were unaware of our laws when you have so aptly studied them. We the people DEMAND justice. We the people will not sit by while you make your own laws, sir, this is America. We have rules. A secret deliberation between suits behind a closed white door is NOT due process and will NEVER be considered such.
