To answer one question before passing anymore unconstitutional dictates concerning firearms

Question: Did Al Qaeda have to pass extensive background checks before you used tax payer funds to send them arms shipments? THE Al Qaeda that brought down the world trade center! Is it not a felony to aid and abet terrorist groups? By using tax payer funds you have caused every tax payer in the nation to commit a FELONY! My 2nd am. right is a GOD GIVEN RIGHT NOT TO BE INFRINGED! The "enemy" does NOT have that right. They are foreign to this country and NOT citizens afforded protection under the constitution! Answer the question Mr. Obama, why should I have to submit to a background check when known terrorists do not have to?
