When a petition is brought up to create a death star, it gets a response in an appropriate period of time. When a petition is brought up involving the unlocking of cell phones, it gets a response in an appropriate period of time. Finally, when a petition is brought up demanding that the Second Amendment be infringed in the name of "common sense", it too gets a response in an appropriate amount of time.
However, the several petitions favoring the opposite have never been addressed, regardless of the fact that they exceeded the needed number of signatures. We the people favoring the Second Amendment and opposing any infringing legislation have not faltered in our resolve and would like our petitions to be recognized as other petitions have been and will be.
