answer to retired Armed Forces if Tricare Prime annual fee is covertly being increased to force members onto OBAMACARE

Military retirees are very concerned about the recent increase in Tricare Prime annual fees. We are hearing that there is a planned 700% increase in the annual fee cost coming in the next few years, pricing retirees and their families out of the system, for the sole effort of forcing retired members onto OBAMACARE. POTUS promised in the campaign that he would not change TRICARE, but he now is. He must answer if the reason is to force retirees out of the Tricare system and into OBAMACARE by raising prices so high retirees can not afford it. Is the ultimate goal to deny Tricare medical benefits to the overall military and retirees? We petition Congress to preserve Lincoln's view of caring for the military man who fought for his country.
