In the first paragraph of whitehouse.com it states that "The President is responsible for implementing and enforcing the laws written by Congress."
The president has chosen not to implement certain parts of the affordable care act for certain periods of time and has chosen not to enforce the ban on marijuana use in certain states. This is a clear violation of the constitution and we demand an answer as to where he was given this power.
