Answer why we are not using Thorium as a energy/fuel source to cut the carbon emissions and costs of uprising gas prices

Created by B.L. on March 25, 2014

1 gram of thorium is more energy dense than 7,396 gallons of gasoline, this statement raises the question on why we are not using thorium as a primary energy source. 8 grams of Thorium can power a car for a century which would cost nothing as you can find thorium virtually anywhere.
