We the People ask the US Congress to amend the US constitution and create an amendment that overturns the supreme court rulling on the draft and selective service. This amendment shall state that the implied powers of the articles of the US Constitution must be allowed by the amendments of the constitution. And specifically that the draft shall not be allowed unless the writ of habeas corpus has been suspended, or as punisment for a crime.
