Enforce the punishment of racists and sexists. Anyone who is racist or sexist to an extent that he or she enacts upon that towards a person that they are racist or sexist towards, should be punished in some form, may it be a fine or prison time, depending on the severity of the action, which could be anywhere between a racist or sexist remark to a full-out fight. Someone who is racist or sexist towards another is infringing on that person's rights by causing them to feel very uncomfortable and, at times, putting that person into a state of risk. Verbal racism and sexism can cause pain just as severe as physical racism and sexism. One way can mentally damage the person and the other physically. Mental damage can often be more severe, so remarks of that type should not be tolerated at all.
