That any candidate for the office of president of the United States be required to undergo a comprehensive examination by a panel of no less than three nonpartisan forensic psychologists, who are themselves to be appointed by an independent review board comprised of senior members of the American Psychological Association, with the costs of such examinations to be absorbed equally by both the candidate/candidate's affiliated party, and the American taxpayer. The ultimate purpose being to help identify both existing and potential personality disorders in any candidate, to increase transparency, and to make that information available to the American public in order to create a properly-informed electorate when electing a national leader.
