Any company requesting H1B visa pays 500 percent markup on what a US citizen would be paid.

In order to get US workers back to work with well paid jobs lets encourage American businesses to hire and train Americans. The idea of this petition is the encourage companies to do the right thing, by hiring Americans. We should encourage congress to change the H1B visa program to make hiring foreign born citizens more difficult and expensive rather than decrease the American wages. So we should encourage the President to propose that H1B visa be marked up 500 percent over similar jobs in the field. For example if a company hires someone to develop software at 20 dollars an hour then the mark up would be 100 dollars and hour. The hope of this petition is to prevent the abuse of H1B visa program and encourage training by companies of US citizens.
