Any elected official accused of a crime must also lose their position, at the discretion of the Supreme Court.

For too long our elected officials have been caught for breaking numerous laws and having poor moral judgment. If they are not able to follow laws, than they shouldn't be allowed to make laws, despite the broken election process. This will apply to laws broken domestically or on foreign soil. The Supreme Court will be given the responsibility to decide if a case will be reviewed and will not have to take into account whether any lower court has found them guilty. The Supreme Court will only be given the right to make a ruling if the official is fit to continue service or if they are barred from federal public service. This will only apply to US Senators, US Congressmen and Congresswomen, the President and his cabinet members who have been approved by Congress, no other appointed officials.
