We the People of the United States do hearby petition the United States Government to pass laws requiring "All" elected officials whether Federal, State or Municipal Governemnt pass a Mental Health Background check.
These laws would be enacted to assure the Citizens to whom these elected officials are sworn to serve are of sound mind. Passing these laws is for the safety of the people and of course the safety of children. Elected Officials with the passing of laws have a greater impact on the safety and freedoms of US Citizens they were elected to uphold the US Constitution for.
