Any new laws or funding should be presented to the people first for a vote, then Congress

Created by M.S. on July 01, 2014

If the Government is for the people, then any new laws, funding, or creation of new agencies for any reason should be presented to the people for a vote, and if the vote is in favor, it should then be presented before congress for the final decision.

If the vote is not in favor, then the proposed law or funding should be terminated, and not presented before congress. This would save the taxpayers time and money, and we would truly have an accountable Government that is really working for us and our best interests, and not theirs or their special interests. The government works for us and we pay them too, so they need to start doing what we tell them to do or get out...
