We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Any person or establishment that sells pets should be licensed and be required to make customers show proof of funds.

Created by B.A. on September 30, 2016

Every single day, more and more dogs, cats, and other house pets die of starvation. to help prevent this from occurring, any person or establishment that wishes to sell animals as pets should have to possess a license to sell and force customers to show they have a steady income that would be able to support the pet. Animal neglect is a big problem that needs more attention. If we want to stop this issue we have to stop giving animals to people who cant provide for the animal.
