Anyone caught attempting or executing bodily harm, with any lethal weapon upon any educational institution, shall be trialed swiftly and executed upon conviction. Due to the grave nature of this crime execution will follow no less than one month after the conviction. The tax payers will not shoulder the burden of this felon and his or her appeals.
