It is not right that we live in the most wealthy country in the world and we are unable to provide a simple school lunch to ALL American children on a daily basis if they are paid up to date with their school lunch accounts or not. This needs to be FIXED. These types of issues make us look like a joke on the international stage. We offer assistance to feed people all over the world, but we can't do something as simple as give a decent meal to a child in an American school when the food is right in front of them. We as a country even go as far as the throw away food the child has already selected to make a point. This happens way to often and needs to stop. Don't let adults responsible for taking care of our kids bully them for not having the money or forgetting to pay for a meal.
