Any who is to be of 18 2-3 after may be aloud to vote. Those with in the time frame have a word in who runs and rep.

Allow anyone who is with in 2-3 months of being 18 after election date may be allowed to vote.

Those of this time period may have word in who runs and represents them in there future life's in the next 4 years.
