anyone appling for a gun permit should be required to have the police back ground accompany the medical background

I recently submitted a petition and would like to add to it. I would like to state that a doctors report of a medical history of the applicants medical mental state should be done prior to the police report or visa -versa all should be considered on the individuals ability to aquire a gun permit. the individual should be required to have yearly examine to see if he or she is able to aquire a gun permit.that of course the person does not have a felony
