Require anyone under 65 who receives food stamps, unemployment or welfare money to work doing community service for 40 hours every week.
Its fact that most Americans that receive Government handouts are very able to work. These people would have to do some sort of community work for at least 40 hours a week and if they refuse to work they lose out on benefits.
They can clean graffiti, clean litter from roads and parks, cut grass, paint and rehab city owned homes and do work in community centers as well as public buildings.
