anyone that wants to start their own corporation or business can do so with loans from the government

We the people would like to make it a law that anyone who decides they rather start a corporation or business can do so with loans given from the government without there being so many rules and regulations. The only thing required to start a corporation or bussiness would be the completion of a 5 year business plan explaining why the individual would like to start the corporation or business, and the person must go through a free training course no longer than a month to get trained by perfossionals in the same corporation or business that the person desires to operate. Those should be the only requirement and after completion of the requirements the individual will be given money, support, and counseling throughout their journey. With success more business ideas will be approved.
