Anyone who is on welfare should be drug tested at random with no warning. If you are positive for any illegal drug or prescribed drug which you have no script for you should lose you right to welfare. We the people are paying for them to be on welfare to which many are selling there welfare money for drugs. Welfare should be for the honest law abiding citizen who needs it.
