I propose for a government branch that can generate profit which can provide job opportunity for all its citizens, especially to those who are able and willing to work for it. i.e. food factories for schools, or any other profitable businesses. People can work without compensation but basic needs must satisfied and earned through their working. All citizens should be allowed a position in the system. If not willing to work, he can be dismissed.
People should be getting the right education for their work and earn experiences for their future job.
Resources should be earned by working, not distributed. Government's role is to oversee (paid from the profit) and ensure its justice in financial distribution.Profit should be used to create more opportunities according to people's interests.
