On July 3rd 1988 the U.S. Navy ship Vincennes mistakenly shot down Iran Air Flight 655, killing all 290 people on board. While the situation was tense for those responsible, it behooves us to take responsibility for this. Please own up to something that, no matter the reason, caused this un-needed loss of life.
