The purpose of this petition is to eliminate all gun laws. Most gun laws prevent people from owning and assault riffle or a pistol. Everyone should be allowed to own all kinds of guns. Gun laws were passed to prevent gun violence. So far, there has been a lot of gun violence. There is no way gun laws could have prevented the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre. There are more solutions to end gun violence besides relying on gun laws like stronger mental health care to prevent mad men from murdering innocent people with guns. Also, there should be armed guards at schools to protect the students. Gun laws that ban assault riffles still had no effect. A man went into a movie theater in Colorado and shot many people with and AR 15!
