The Department of Justice Thomas Perez unconstitutionally is deliberately separating this AMISH family .Use of a 'hate crime' is unjust (there is no hate, discrimination or intolerance of someone's religion if they are of the SAME religion) and the sentence (originally aimed for life) is unjust (many rapists and armed robbers get less time in prison). Also, putting all the Amish involved in over a dozen prisons in several states is 'cruel and unusual punishment' because they do not use planes or cars and cannot visit family members. Sam Mullet Sr. who got sentenced 15 years was charged solely with organizing many beard cuttings; although the court recognized there was no evidence, still gave him 15 YEARS in prison because he is the community leader and is responsible for other's actions!
