To Appeal and/or Configure the 22nd Amendment to allow President Barack Obama to remain in Office

"We The People" feel that in order to establish a more perfect union,that the 22nd Amendment be appealed or reformed.As evident by recent protests, "We The People" do NOT want President-Elect Donald J. Trump or Vice President-Elect Mike Pence in office."We The People" feel that the Amendment should be appealed or reformed to allow: A.)The President and/or Vice President to regain Office for a 3rd term(A popular vote needed to be carried out,by the request of the people;with optional family leave before regaining office) and/or B.)The most recent prior President be allowed to withhold some power of Office only to keep the President-Elect in check and ensure democracy for the greater good of us all.(A popular vote determined and preceded before inaugaration,in case action may be needed)
