An appeal letter to The President of USA Mr. Barack Obama from Lithuanian people suffering under Putin's dictatorship

To: The President of the United States Mr. Barack Obama
We, the people of Lithuania had been suffering under Russian aggression for many years. Russian authorities proved their lack of respect for democratic values and freedoms many times. President Putin is a threat not only for the peoples of the countries neighboring Russia, but for the whole world. Continuing clashes in Ukraine and especially Russian army activity on the Crimean peninsula once proved imperialist thinking of Putin dictatorship. The Russian people are totally unhappy and suffering, but they are so much intimidated that could not resist the repressive state machine and mad pro-Putin propaganda.
