To petition the Obama Administration to work to appeal the Logan Act as in its course of time has not been been successfully since 1803 when the last indictment under the Act was used.
Under desuetude, the act may lapse because of it never being enforced. Therefore, since the act has never been successfully enforced through trial, it should be repealed immediately.
We urge the Obama Administration and the Court of this great nation to work diligently to repeal this irrelevant act.
