Appealing the FDA’s ruling as classifying E-cigarettes as a tobacco product.

Created by K.E. on May 09, 2016

Pertaining to the FDA’s ruling as classifying E-cigarettes as a tobacco product. The FDA’s ruling should not go through since E-cigs due to the lack of tobacco in the product. The solution is to not categorize E-cigarettes as tobacco products since the do not contain tobacco. Instead, categorize them with nicotine products since they contain nicotine. This way, people can be notified about the harmful effects of nicotine which is in the product instead of being informed about the tobacco which is not in the product.
