Citizens are entitled to own registered handguns/hunting rifles, small magazines of 10/12 bullets, should not be allowed to keep in their homes more than two magazines & required to return empties to buy more. There should be licensed shooting ranges where gun owners can legally shoot any rounds over 20. SSAR-15 attachments are illegal to purchase. Liability insurance on each gun owned. If a gun is stolen or sold and not reported, the original owner is liable. Sold guns should have a title transfer. An annual Criminal Background Check & Personality/Mental Stability Screening for mandatory gun licensing to last one year. Nationwide database that lists a person as being unable to own a firearm.
