My petition is about the unconstitutional decision made by the President of Sierra Leone Ernest Bai Koroma to remove the elected Vice President of Sierra Leone Honorable Samuel Sam-Sumana. This decision is been condemned by many constitutional experts including the Sierra Leone Bar Association, and many other civil society groups.
This President has created a constitutional crisis which must not be tolerated by the international community, because Sierra Leone has came from a decade of civil war that took the lives of so many Sierra Leoneans, and this President cannot sow the seed of those atrocities to repeat it. He should be pressured if not withholding Aid until he unconditionally reinstate the elected Vice President.
