It has become common for people and organizations of certain political persuations to openly advocate for the overthrow of the President. Most recently is the call for a May 16, 2014 rally calling for the overthrow of the United States government issued by Colonel Harry Riley with the support of Jim Garrow and General Paul Vallely. Such a rally is a DIRECT and BLATANT vioaltion of 18 US Code section 2385, "Advocating overthrow of government", a federal felony which carries a punishment of up to 20 years in federal prison.
We call upon President Obama to fulfil his oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States, and prosecute these and all other seditionists to the fullest extend of the law.
