Apply gun laws to all domestic branches of Government

Created by J.A. on December 30, 2012

The 2nd Amendment was not created so that politicians could restrict access to firearms that the government routinely employs to protect itself and its members. All federal gun laws, both present and future, should apply to all domestic branches of government, including, but not limited to, local police departments, FBI, and Secret Service.

If the law-abiding citizens, whose rights are protected under the 2nd Amendment, are unable to obtain so-called "assault rifles" and high capacity magazines, then it would be the definition of tyranny for the government to employ those same weapons in its own defense.

So, to repeat the request, we ask that all gun laws, both present and future, apply to all domestic branches of government.
