apply the letter and purpose of 22 U.S.C. § 611 (FARA) to all citizens of Israel employed by the Federal Government.

Created by D.B. on November 16, 2012

The Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938 requires that agents representing the interests of foreign powers in a "political or quasi-political capacity" disclose their relationship with the foreign government and information about related activities and finances. Thousands of Israeli citizens with or without dual citizen status hold elected, appointed, salaried, or other paid positions within our Government, including positions requiring top- secret clearance, and are NOT registered as Foreign Agents. Furthermore, many Israeli employees of "lobbyist" firms are not required to register. Given the complexity of foreign conflicts involving Israel, and the involvement of major US financial and military resources, we demand that ALL aforementioned Israeli citizens register as Foreign Agents.
