Apply 'Obamacare' to the President, Members of Congress and everyone who gets their insurance through the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program. This federal program is more generous than most private sector plans and the federal government (we the people...the taxpayers) pay 72% of the total annual premium. I'd like that deal..Wouldn't you? If they 'walk the talk' side by side with the taxpayers perhaps they would have a vested interest in how it impacts the average taxpayer. They are either part of the solution or part of the problem.
