We petition the Obama administration to apply the utmost pressure to the IMF and EU to supply emergency funding to Ukraine necessary to ensure Ukraine's short term stability as they seek to establish a new, more representative and accountable government. These funds should only be released following the elections scheduled for May 25, 2014, and should depend on guarantees of economic and governmental reform by the new Ukrainian government to ensure the funds will be used correctly.
