The Administration is now forced to make significant across the board cuts to Federal services due to the Sequestration. The Administration should ensure that, to the greates extent possible, the cuts should be implemented primarily (or moast heavily) in those Congressional districts whose Representatives support and have cheered for the Sequestration as a means to cut government spending.
