Apply term limits to Senate and Congress so we get rid of the career politicians and give new people a chance.

How is this a government for the people and by the people when we are given the same choices year after year? Why do you have to be rich to run a campaign and serve in the government? There needs to be a term limit like the presidency for the House and Senate to fix this.
