This tool was created with the intention of causing "action" to be taken towards issues brought to our administration through petitions. These petitions, many of which have shown wide support, have provided little more than generic responses and turned cheeks. Issues and points brought up through these petitions are largely ignored or blanketed by responses devaluing their worth. If these petitions are our "voice in our government" and furthermore our government is to be the collective representation of it's people, then these petitions must be treated with more action and less negligence. We need change, not justification of present policies.
