Appoint a centrist jurist who shares some of the late Antonin Scalia's textualist ideology.

Created by J.N. on February 15, 2016

As President Obama has said recently that his biggest regret as President has been the increasingly polarized tone in Washington. I think the unfortunate passing of Justice Scalia has given the President a golden opportunity to bring civility back to Washington, he can appoint a centrist jurist who shares some of Scalia's textualist ideology. This would give the gop controlled senate no choice but to confirm this nominee.
