We the People ask that a special committee be formed to investigate nationwide corruption in the DHHR/CPS and Criminal Justice system and stop the kidjacking that is taking place to enable states to add to their coffers and balance their budgets with the monies acquired from the Federal Government for these practices. We ask that the corruption that exists currently be stopped and the focus of CPS/DHHR and the Family Court be directed to those children that are in eminent danger. We ask that the findings of former Senator Nancy Schaefer, now deceased, be followed up on and measures taken to prevent further instances. Each case should be evaluated and if fraud is found to be present as a means to acquire Federal monies, those involved should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
