We seek to appoint Connie Bryner (DE) as a congressional legislative concierge to promote productive legislation. As Legislative Concierge, she will read bills and attempt to rewrite them in a bipartisan manner before they are assigned to committee. This will prevent so many bill from dying in committee with out a vote or from being passed in the House of Representatives, only to be voted down in the Senate. By enuring that legislation meets the moral standard and needs of each party before voting, more legislation can be passed and the Congress can be more productive in restoring strength to out Nation. Ms. Bryner's position will not be to cater one party, but simply to ensure that legislation that cannot pass in the House of Representatives and the Senate doesn't waste Congressional time
