Given the foresight Vice President Dick Cheney has shown to posses as it pertains to Iraq, and generally the Middle East, he should immediately be appointed as Ambassador to ISIS, and lead an international envoy. Halliburton can serve as his security force to protect and secure his much needed presence. If President Obama knows what is right for America, he should tap the people who know what Iraq is all about. The President should use his executive powers to ensure this is done as precipitously as possible.
