Mallory Weaver, LSW is the only logical choice to assume the role of Junior Administrator at UAMS Centers for Children-Lowell. As Intake Coordinator, Mrs. Weaver has undertaken projects as diverse as authoring a CFC Employee Handbook, editing a database of area providers to better assist families seeking services in NW Arkansas, and overseeing the expansion of the Center's Concussion Clinic. Mrs.Weaver possesses an intimate and unparalleled knowledge of the nuances of the facility. She has operated as the primary support for the Center's nine full-time clinicians and acted as a trainer and mentor for new employees. Outside the CFC, she has established partnerships with schools and EI centers, primary care and specialty clinics, therapy providers, and government agencies to serve our kiddos
