Appoint every-day citizens to Cabinet posts, barring anyone who has ever earned more than $60,00 a year from appointment

By limiting past incomes to $60,000.00, the US government will be ran by "WE THE PEOPLE" and not "they the rich". Only an AVERAGE American can understand the needs of AVERAGE Americans! The wealthy do not understand, or respect those needs.
