Establish a federal reporting agency for all gun dealer's inventories and transactions. This is common sense.
Require ATF agents to inspect all gun dealers twice per year. Allowing for more transparency in the process, and more responsibility placed on gun dealers.
Require gun dealers to maintain background records for one year. The current requirement that records be destroyed in 24 hours is reckless and lacks accountability.
Remove all previous gun control law or language that has been written by the NRA.
