Landlord filed harassment charge in Tinton Falls, NJ Mun Ct against disabled woman for calling him twice to request items back, Tinton Falls ignored letter from hospital that disabled was hospitalized on court date, put warrant for her arrest, and charged her with harassment - refuses to remove this one year later. Nothing disabled can do about this. Has tried everything.
