Appoint a Gun Csar to be a national spokesperson and policy leader on the topic of guns, gun ownership, and policy.

We ask that the President appoint a Gun Czar to lead policy initiatives for the reform of gun ownership and work with other branches of government to set standards for the interpretation of the 2nd Amendment. The Gun Czar will also be a national spokesperson on the topic of guns and gun misuse. They shall also work with the Center for Disease Control to inform the public of the effects, financial and health, on the citizens of the United States. We ask that the President ask the Honorable Michael Bloomberg, as Mayor of New York, Americas most populous city, to hold this position. The Mayor would not be asked to relinquish his position as Mayor in order to hold this position, if allowed under New York Law.
