In light of the Presidents outrage regarding the apparent abuse of the IRS against groups of citizens wishing to exercise their 1st Amendment rights, and recognizing that citizens confidence in government is at record lows, it seems prudent to use an independent special prosecutor to remove all doubt about the investigation.
